Timetable for classes and for private sessions

This is the current timetable for morning and evening group classes, together with slots for private sessions. If you think you’d like to try a class but you can’t see a time that suits you, why not get in touch and I’ll see if we can work something out.

Time not used by group classes is available for one-to-one sessions or private group sessions (two to six people).

Corefit timetable

Corefit is open with coronavirus (COVID-19) protocols in place, however the normal timetable is temporarily suspended. Please read the current coronavirus update before booking.

Class length and bookings

Group classes are 60 minutes long, except for Barre Pilates Method which is 45 minutes long and standing Pilates which is 30 minutes long. Private sessions typically last between 30 and 45 minutes.
