Studio facilities and equipment at Corefit

The Corefit studio provides a quiet, comfortable environment for your exercise. It’s an ideal space for small group classes yet is very well‐equipped. Take a virtual tour of the studio below.

Facilities

For Pilates we have comfortable mats, head cushions, towels and good music. And the usual aids such as foam blocks and exercise bands. Classes are very friendly and welcoming.

For functional training like the Body Conditioning class, we use all sorts of fun tools and ‘toys’, as well as your own bodyweight. Equipment includes TRX suspension and RIP trainers, sandbags, kettlebells, battling ropes, Power Wheels and WeckMethod RMT clubs. Plus a few quirky items such as plastic plumber’s pipe and lump hammers!

Superb ballet barres supplied by a leading UK company are used for the Pilates barre classes. The barre is also an ideal balance aid for rehabilitation.

For rehabilitation we use many tools and techniques from various disciplines to enable you to progress safely and steadily.

For your convenience

The clinic entrance is wheelchair-accessible and the Corefit studio is on the ground floor. There is a toilet in the entrance hall. The studio is, of course, air-conditioned. A water dispenser is available in the studio for your use, but please bring your own water bottle. Small hand towels are provided.
